WePilot is planned as a WhatsApp automation and BSP-style product for cab vendors. Each vendor should use their own WABA, own business profile, own approved templates, own customer opt-ins, and own sender identity.
Vendor customer messages, customer forms, booking updates, support flows, and promotional or transactional messages should be sent through the relevant vendor-owned WhatsApp Business setup, not through Vendero support WhatsApp.
Vendors are responsible for collecting lawful customer consent, maintaining opt-in records, honoring opt-out requests, sending accurate messages, and following WhatsApp Business Platform policies and applicable law.
