We may collect name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, business name, business address, city, state, vendor profile details, customer trip details, driver assignment details, support requests, account status, public link submissions, campaign preferences, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and usage logs.
For Ads Pilot, we may process campaign goals, service areas, budget inputs, keywords, ad copy inputs, account identifiers, and reporting metrics needed to provide advertising setup and monitoring features.
For WePilot, we may process vendor-owned WABA setup details, customer form submissions, templates, consent records, message metadata, support records, and conversation history needed to provide WhatsApp automation features.
How we use information
We use information to operate Vendero services, verify accounts, process onboarding requests, support trip coordination, provide vendor tools, send service communication, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, improve product quality, and meet legal or platform obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us run hosting, database, messaging, authentication, analytics, payment, advertising, and support workflows.
Security and retention
We use access controls, operational monitoring, role-based workflows, and reasonable technical safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and limit access to authorized use.
We retain information only as long as needed for platform operations, account management, support, audit, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or legitimate business records.
