This policy explains how Vendero Ads Pilot, currently marked Coming soon, will handle advertising setup, Google Ads workflow, campaign reporting, and vendor support information.
Vendero Ads Pilot is a planned product. Any onboarding, pilot, or early access workflow will be handled through Vendero contact, support, and privacy controls.
Until Ads Pilot is active for a vendor, Vendero will not access that vendor Google Ads account through Ads Pilot unless the vendor starts an authorized onboarding or pilot workflow.
Ads Pilot may process vendor business name, contact details, service areas, routes, campaign goals, budgets, keywords, ad copy inputs, landing page URLs, account identifiers, conversion or lead records, campaign status, spend, clicks, impressions, and performance reporting metrics.
Advertising data may come from vendor-provided forms, Vendero support conversations, connected Google Ads workflows, campaign reports, or service providers used to operate Ads Pilot.
We use Ads Pilot data to help vendors prepare campaign inputs, organize advertising goals, monitor performance, compare spend with leads, troubleshoot campaign workflows, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain compliance records.
Vendero does not sell Ads Pilot data. Google Ads spend, third-party ad platform charges, and payment gateway charges are governed by the relevant provider.
Vendors can request Ads Pilot access review, data correction, export, deletion, or permission removal by contacting contact@vendero.in.
Some records may be retained where required for legal obligations, billing records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, audit, or platform compliance.
