Account Access
Vendero accounts are for cab vendors, taxi operators, travel businesses, approved staff, and authorized platform users. Users must provide accurate registration details and keep their account access secure.
OTP login, WhatsApp verification, staff permissions, and session controls are security features. Do not share OTPs, tokens, or admin access with anyone who is not authorized to use the account.
Permitted Use
Use Vendero only for lawful business operations such as vendor profiles, trip sharing, leads, booking links, customer support, CRM records, invoices, marketplace listings, WhatsApp workflows, and related product features.
Do not misuse the platform for spam, fraud, fake listings, unlawful content, harassment, unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, or activity that harms vendors, customers, drivers, Vendero, or third-party services.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of business details, driver and cab records, customer information entered into Vendero, public link content, marketplace listings, WhatsApp opt-ins, and any legal obligations connected to their operations.
Where a vendor sends customer messages, shares customer links, collects trip data, or uses WhatsApp templates, the vendor must have the right consent and must follow applicable laws and platform policies.
Changes and Support
Vendero may update features, access rules, security controls, product limits, pricing, or these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the platform means the updated terms apply.
