Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to Vendero platform subscriptions, setup fees, software services, and paid business tools where payment is collected directly by Vendero.

Subscription and service fees

Subscription fees, setup fees, onboarding fees, and paid software service fees are generally non-refundable once the service period starts or the setup work has begun.

If a duplicate payment, failed activation, incorrect charge, or billing error occurs, Vendero will review the request and may issue a refund or account credit where appropriate.

Advertising spend and third-party fees

Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp Business Platform charges, payment gateway fees, domain fees, hosting charges, and other third-party costs are governed by the relevant third-party provider and may not be refundable by Vendero.

Refund request process

Send refund requests to contact@vendero.in with payment proof, registered phone number, business name, transaction date, amount, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 working days depending on payment gateway, bank, and settlement timelines.
