Vendero WePilot is a planned WhatsApp automation product for cab vendors. WePilot is intended to support vendor-owned WhatsApp Business Accounts, not one shared Vendero sender for all vendor customer messages.
The Vendero WhatsApp number +91 93287 99459 is only for Vendero support, vendor questions, onboarding help, and issue resolution.
Every vendor should use their own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), own business verification where required, own approved templates, own customer consent, and own sender identity for customer messaging.
Vendors are responsible for collecting customer opt-in, honoring opt-out requests, sending lawful messages, and following WhatsApp Business Platform policies and applicable law.
WePilot may process vendor WABA setup details, business profile details, templates, contact lists, labels, customer form submissions, customer opt-in records, opt-out records, message metadata, conversation history, support requests, automation rules, and delivery or quality status where available.
We use this information to operate automation, route customer forms, manage templates, provide support, maintain consent records, troubleshoot delivery issues, prevent misuse, and improve product reliability.
