Customer data may include name, phone number, pickup and drop details, trip date and time, passenger details, invoice details, payment status, support messages, live tracking interactions, WhatsApp opt-in records, and submitted form information.
Customer information is primarily used by the vendor that serves the booking. Vendero provides the software infrastructure and support tools needed to operate those workflows.
Customer data is used to create bookings, coordinate trips, share confirmations, generate invoices, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain service records.
We do not sell customer information. Information may be shared with the relevant vendor, assigned driver, service providers, WhatsApp Business Platform providers, or authorities where required by law or safety obligations.
