Vendor data we process
Vendor data may include owner name, business name, phone number, email address, office address, GST or business identifiers where provided, vehicle and driver records, customer leads, trip records, invoices, collections, expenses, availability posts, chat and support records, public link configuration, advertising preferences, and WePilot WhatsApp setup details where enabled.
Vendor users are responsible for collecting customer and driver information lawfully and entering only information needed to operate their business and serve their customers.
How vendor data is used
We use vendor data to provide Vendor Community App, booking links, live tracking, invoice, support, Ads Pilot, WePilot, and account management features.
Vendor contact details may be shown where the vendor chooses to publish a public link, marketplace listing, support profile, customer communication page, or vendor-owned WhatsApp workflow.
Vendor controls
Vendors may request updates, corrections, account review, export, or deletion by contacting Vendero support. Some business records may be retained when required for audit, legal, support, payment, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
